SHSH

This is a multi-functional building of offices, housings, shops and parking in Seraing. The purpose is to provide a universal space in order to avoid to give limited of functions of these activities in the future. Therefore, the project can adapt the diverse demands of these to have a modular structure system by dividing the space with columns and flexible partitions.

The east side facade has double grazing windows for low-energy and keep simple vertical lines to corresponding to the front facade of the factory. The west facade is faced to the courtyard garden and has terraces for the apartments. These are provided curtains to keep the unified facade image.
